Tip 1:

To clean the insides of the oven, turn it on and gradually raise the temperature to 750°F.

Tip 2:
Maintain a high temperature for 3 hours, or until the soot and baked-on debris buildup is burned off.

Tip 3:
Allow the oven to cool completely before attempting to remove any stubborn stains from the stone floor.

Scrape the damaged area carefully with a soft brush to remove the debris, taking care not to damage the stone.

Tip 4:
The excess debris in the oven chamber can then be removed with a vacuum cleaner.

Tip 5:
A non-caustic bleach-free cleaning spray can be used to clean the exterior of your Pizzello Forte. Spraying directly onto the temperature display, flame regulation dial, or meshed portions of the oven dock is not recommended.

Tip 6:
Polish any filthy spots with a non-abrasive cloth and then wipe clean with paper towels.

Tip 7:
A specialised cleaner, such as Bar Keepers Friend Stain Remover, can be used to remove stubborn stains. Before utilizing chemical cleaning products, always check with the manufacturer.
