• Free Shipping • Standard Delivery (3-5 working days (Mon-Fri))
  We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 to the lower 48 states. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. It also excludes gift cards.

• Returns
  ①.If you change your mind and the item is unused and in original packaging. You have until 60 days after the date of receipt of your goods to request a return. 
  ②.Item bought by mistake, no longer needed, doesn't meet expectation or refuse when deliver: Customers need to cover return shipping fee.

Important note on PO Boxes - We are unable to deliver any Pizzello Pizza Oven to PO Box addresses due to size and weight restrictions.

If you have not received a tracking link via email or received your order within the time frames stated above, please contact us and we’ll check the order’s status for you. If you have placed a pre-order, all items will be dispatched when the pre-order is ready to ship.
