Defective 12” gas burner need replacement! "My gas burner does not want to do its job, it burns my pizzas and other dough. I don't understand what's going on, is there any chance that you can replace it with a new one? Buy the set when you buy your oven "My pizza oven was given to me as a gift. It was the pellet version. After trying pellets a few times and the soot it left. I wanted gas. I tried the company directly and buy this piece at full price. (It's significantly cheaper of bought with the oven). All in all it works way better than pellets and cleaner too." — N S. (4/5)
