Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Manchego cheese
  • 1 cup sliced chorizo sausage
  • 1/4 cup sliced roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced green olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced Spanish cured ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1: Preheat Pizzello oven to 450℉ (225℃).

Step 2: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 1/4 inch thick. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.

Step 3: Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded Manchego cheese over the sauce.

Step 4: Evenly distribute the sliced chorizo sausage, roasted red peppers, green olives, and Spanish cured ham on top. If desired, add additional toppings like sliced onions, sliced mushrooms, or diced tomatoes.

Step 5: Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 6: Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the top. Slice the pizza and serve hot.
