  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 2: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 3: Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges.

Step 4: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce. Distribute the Romanesco cauliflower florets evenly over the cheese.

Step 5: In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the garlic and olive oil mixture over the pizza. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Step 6: Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice and serve hot.
