4 Mini Pizzas

The finest no-rise pizza dough recipe for spooky Halloween pizzas! They're easy to cook and make for a fun and festive Halloween feast.

No-Rise Pizza Crust:

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
    2. In a large mixing basin, combine 1 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix in the warm water and oil for about 1 minute, or until thoroughly combined.
    3. Add enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough. Dough should be somewhat sticky and form a ball. Pour dough onto a floured surface and knead for 4 minutes, adding more flour as needed, until smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into four equal parts.
    4. Roll or pat each part into an 8-inch circle and place on a baking sheet that has been buttered. Bake for 5-6 minutes, or until the dough is just set and lightly browned on the bottom.
    5. Spread pizza sauce on each crust. To make Halloween designs, top with preferred toppings! Bake for another 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

    Ghosts: slices of fresh mozzarella cheese for the body and olives for the eyes.

    Mummy: slices of Mozzarella cheese for the white strips and olives for the eyes.

    Spider Pizza: Pepperoni for the body, olives for the eyes, green bell pepper for the legs

    Jack-O-Lantern: Pepperonis for the face, olives for the eyes, bell pepper for the brows and around the mouth.

    Bake for an additional 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is crisp.
