- Cook the ground beef, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the beef is no longer pink. Remove any fat. Set aside.
- Lessen the dough to a 12 inch circle on a lightly floured surface. Place on a pizza plate that has been greased. Spread the sauce on the pizza dough. Garnish with beef preparation and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Cook for about 10 minutes on the lowest grill in a preheated oven at 500 F, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden and slightly inflated.
