Ingredient list 

Acorn Squash Mixture

  • 1 acorn squash, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Pizza Toppings

  • 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh arugula leaves
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Cracked black pepper to taste

(You can also add other ingredients according to your preference)

Instructions

Step 1: Slice the acorn squash and combine it with the acorn mix in a bowl. 

Step 2: Arrange the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.

Step 3: Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool.

Step 4:Roll out the uncooked dough and bake it for 15 minutes.

Step 5: Afterward, take it out and sprinkle both types of cheese on top, then return it to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 6: Finally, remove from the oven and layer with the roasted squash and arugula. Drizzle with olive oil and finish with a sprinkle of cracked pepper.

Cut into approximately 8 slices and enjoy your dish!
