Not What I was Hoping For.

"Fast Shipping. However the Fit and Finish was very Lacking. No matter what I did I could not get the ends and sides to align. there were several scuffs on the faux brick that were not from shipping. Also the tank slide would only go all the way in if you push it and it is suppose to be soft close. With all the 5 star rating I guess I received the 1 Lemon."

How to light for the first time.

"Love this fire pit!!! HOW TO LIGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME. Don't put the stones in until you light it for the first time. Turn gas tank on low. Next push the black knob in and turn to low -keep holding it in. Then push the igniter button in. It will then light. Next turn the knob to high and then let go. You can then turn it to low, medium or high at this point. Next turn off. Then add your stones back in making sure that you do not cover the pilot holes. Do the same steps as above and enjoy!!!"

"The fireplace is really nice. However, the packing for shipping was not sufficient, which results in the paint coming off on many spots on all the panels."

Great customer service

"Very aasy to assemble. Puts out plenty of heat. Had issues with one panel not fitting and a stripped bolt hole. Contacted seller. After a few emails and photos sent the seller sent a new unit. I would highly rate this seller/company for standing behind there products..."

This is a yes! Get it!

"Beautiful and sturdy! I absolutely love the drawer - no more reaching in to adjust the gas. The glass wind break is awesome and I am so happy that it includes the cover!"
